LeapFertility PLLC ("LeapFertility," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website at leapfertility.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information. If you have questions, contact us at angela@angelathyermd.com.
We collect information you voluntarily provide, including:
• Your name and email address when you submit a contact form or join our waitlist.
• The content of messages you send us through the Site.
We do not collect payment information through this Site. We do not collect protected health information (PHI) through this Site. Clinical intake and PHI are collected through our HIPAA-compliant electronic health record system, not here.
We also automatically collect limited technical data when you visit the Site, including your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring URL. This is collected via standard server logs and any analytics tools we use (see Section 4).
We use the information we collect to:
• Respond to your inquiries, typically within 3 business days.
• Notify you when scheduling becomes available, if you have joined the waitlist.
• Send occasional updates about LeapFertility services, if you have opted in.
• Improve the Site and understand how visitors use it.
We do not sell your information. We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
If you submit your email address through our waitlist or contact form, you may receive emails from us about LeapFertility's launch, scheduling availability, and related updates. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying to any email with "unsubscribe" or by contacting us directly at angela@angelathyermd.com.
We may use third-party analytics tools (such as Google Analytics or Vercel Analytics) to understand how visitors use the Site. These tools may collect your IP address and browsing behavior on the Site. We use this data in aggregate to improve the Site. We do not use this data to identify you individually.

This Site is a marketing and informational website. It does not function as a patient portal and does not collect, transmit, or store protected health information (PHI). If you become a patient of LeapFertility PLLC, your PHI will be handled in accordance with a separate Notice of Privacy Practices provided to you at the time of your clinical intake, in compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
We take reasonable measures to protect the information you provide to us. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.
This Site is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. To make such a request, contact us at angela@angelathyermd.com. We will respond within 30 days.
